Candidates had to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum CRS score: 470
  • Express Entry profile creation date: Before 8:08 p.m. UTC on April 23, 2025

This draw is the second-largest Healthcare-focused Express Entry draw of the year, signaling a shift towards prioritizing healthcare and social services candidates.
